In this training, participants will acquire the skills and knowledge to address various emergencies, such as handling an unresponsive person, CPR, managing choking, shock, wounds, bleeding, and minor injuries.

The widely undertaken Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work program is popular in the UK, tailored for lower-risk workplaces like shops, offices, or light handling warehouses. 

Learn vital life-saving skills applicable in diverse work settings, the course educates candidates on their duties as First Aiders and how to respond at the scene of emergencies. Upon completion, participants gain the assurance to effectively manage accidents, both at home and in the workplace

  • Role of the First Aider

  • Recording incidents and actions
  • Importance of self protection and basic hygiene
  • Act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
  • Unconscious and/or in seizure
  • Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)

  • Burns
  • Wounded or bleeding and/or in shock
