The Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course stands as the most prevalent training in the UK, tailored for workplaces with lower hazard levels like shops, offices, or lightly managed warehouses.

This training zeroes in on crucial life-saving techniques applicable in various work settings. Participants will gain insights into their roles and responsibilities as First Aiders, learning how to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Upon completion of the training, candidates will possess the confidence and capability to address accidents, whether they occur at home or in a work environment.

Role of the First Aider
The use of First Aid equipment
Recording incidents and actions
Importance of self protection and basic hygiene
Act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
Unconscious and/or in seizure
Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
Signs of stroke
Choking
Burns
Wounded or bleeding and/or in shock
Minor injuries
